Yoghurt, with Chia seeds & Fresh Cranberries

Preparation

Place all the ingredients (except the fresh cranberries) in a blender.

Blend on high speed to create a smooth mixture.

Serve in individual glasses and top with fresh cranberries, mint leaves and chia seeds.

Peel and dice the mango

Peel and slice the banana

Place the mango, banana, honey and juice in a blender and mix well.

Watermelon and no-sugar Almond Drink Smoothie

Preparation

Peel the watermelon, remove the seeds, and cut into small cubes.

By using a scale, measure 300gr of the peeled watermelon and put it in a blender.

Add the Almond Drink and blend until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Add a few drops of lime and serve immediately.

Smoothie with Forest Fruits

Preparation

Place the fruits and yoghurt in a blender and beat until a homogeneous mixture has been obtained.
