DELTA and its employees bring joy to children

They offered 120 school bags to the association “Mazi gia to Paidi”.

DELTA supports children through its continuous “Care and Smiles” programme. For the fourth consecutive year, the company implemented School Smiles 2021, an action which helps to build students’ optimism about returning to school.

DELTA and its employees gave away 120 school bags containing pen and pencil pouches, notebooks and writing material. This offer took place on Tuesday, September 13, in coordination with the association “Mazi gia to Paidi”. The goal was for the bags to be distributed as quickly as possible to children in need, which are being supported by “Filoi tou Paidiou” and “Ethelontes tou Kosmou”. For over 70 years, DELTA has been supporting families in Greece and caring for our fellow citizens. However, children remain the company’s top priority. Which is why, every year, it has been offering 1.5 million servings of its products to children in need. This is especially important since DELTA products are considered building blocks of nutrition, particularly for children. Moreover, the company implements a variety of Corporate Responsibility actions that help to support society, animal farming, as well as environmental protection.
